Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone starting a course with Steadi LTD, doing business as Retuts (Brand Name). These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you (trainee) and Steadi LTD.

All online courses are provided by Steadi LTD under the brand name “Retuts”, registered by Dame Gruev str. 4, Blagoevgrad, Republic of Bulgaria.

Terms & Conditions:

This website is owned and operated by Steadi LTD under the brand name “Retuts”. The company name will be referred to as “Retuts” herewith.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content belong to Retuts. By reading the Terms & Conditions you are agreeing that the content and property of Retuts cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from Retuts.

Terms of Use of this Website:

Retuts may change the content, which includes prices, offers and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website. If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.

You can use any of the information or content at your own risk for which Retuts will not be liable. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase are suitable to your current requirements.

All materials, which include copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance belong to Retuts.

Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offense being committed.

This website contains links to other websites and these links are provided to enable the user a convenient way to access additional information.

All of the online courses in the website and brochure are provided by Retuts and are subject to the following conditions:

1. Course Requirements:

By starting courses with Retuts (the student) confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements of the course.

1. All of the courses provided in Arabic.

1.1 All customers of the following courses,

2-Hour "The Key to eBay - Special Secrets for Beginners 1.0"

Free "Managing Your eBay Account 2019"

must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.

1.2 All customers must have a competent native level of English and possess a reasonable competence in English and Arabic language reading, writing and speaking skills.

1.3 All candidates must have the ability to take advice from tutors and from peers and have the capability to make improvements to their result if required.

By making a booking with Retuts it is assumed that the candidate satisfies the above conditions and is deemed to have a competent level of English. The candidate, by making a booking, takes full responsibility in determining whether the course is suitable for their level of English. Retuts takes no responsibility if the candidate is unable to complete and pass the course.

1.4 If Retuts feels at any point during the course that the candidates level is below a sufficient level, as per the conditions, Retuts will forward their concerns to the Director of Studies. If the tutor and the Director of studies believes the candidate to be below a sufficient level Retuts reserves the right to fail the candidate.

1.5 Before purchasing any of the “Retuts” courses you should contact a member of staff and check whether you are suitable for the courses. Please contact a member of staff to check your level of English language and suitability for the course.

1.6 Retuts does not accept any liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in connection with a candidate’s insufficient language ability.

1.7 It should be noted that by purchasing any of the courses from Retuts does not mean that a candidate will be guaranteed a pass. Retuts reserves the right to fail a students if they do not meet the minimum requirements of the course.

1.8 The Student will make a full declaration of any information deemed to be relevant by Retuts.

1.9 The Student agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by Retuts.

2. How to make a booking:

2.1 Booking can be made online on our website www.retuts.org/courses. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions. Retuts states that by paying for a booking you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. Retuts will only deal with you in the event of cancellations or disputes.

2.2 All payments not made with a debit card will be subject to a fee. Once your booking has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and Retuts and all terms and conditions apply. Once you have received this invoice please go ahead and check it and inform us of any changes to personal details and contact information.

2.3 Once Retuts has received you payment for the course Retuts will email you a login username and password with 24 hours to allow you to access the course.

3. Price of Courses:

3.1 All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, Retuts reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you book.

3.2 Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at [email protected]

3.3 Retuts reserves the right to change any of its prices at any time.

4. Procedure for changing or cancelling a booking:

4.1 Cooling off Period:

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 you the consumer have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and Retuts during the period of 14 days from date of the issue of the confirmation invoice, which is when the contract starts. This is known as the “cooling off period”. If you decide to cancel the course within this cooling off period then you must inform us within the 14 (From the moment you get access to the course you must be watching the steps not to exceed the first 4-5 stages of the program. If the customer watches all the videos before the 14 days, we track the videos’ playback and watching time, the money becomes non-refundable).

These rules may vary in some cases.

Days of the confirmation invoice. Once we receive your written cancellation, in form of an email we will refund your course fees within 1-10 days.

Once you have completed the cooling off period of 14 days you will be under the full cancellation conditions of courses which are 100% non-refundable.

4.2 You must inform us of your intent to cancel by writing to [email protected] in the form of an email.

4.3 Once we have received your written cancellation letter we will refund you within 1-10 days of receiving your letter and deduct any credit card surcharge, if applicable.

4.4 Once you have cancelled you booking your login details will be cancelled immediately.

5. Time Period for the completion of courses

5.1 Retuts Courses

Ebay Kingdom - Professional Selling 1.0 - 2 weeks

The Key to eBay - Special Secrets for Beginners 1.0 - 2 months

Managing Your eBay Account 2019 - 1 day

All other courses – 3 Months

6. How to pass the course?

6.2 By purchasing a course does not automatically guarantee that you will pass the course. If you fail to meet the requirements of passing a course then Retuts reserves the right to fail you.

To pass the Retuts course you must satisfy the following requirements:

6.3 You will be given unlimited attempts with the automatically.

7. System Maintenance and Upgrades

At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update will we endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible.

Clause 9 is not limited to just System Maintenance and Upgrades. It should be noted that no refund will be given for the unavailability of the website lasting up to 72 Hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Retuts does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include: war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions, not the ability to go online.

9. Complaints

If at any time, you are unhappy with the Retuts service then please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with

EU legislation and the Courts of Republic of Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.

12. Third Party Rights:

A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Retuts reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.

14. Severance:

If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.

15. The Course:

The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.

16. Acceptance of these terms and conditions:

By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing on the telephone or making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of Retuts

Please be aware that we do our best to respond to contact emails as quickly as possible. This includes emails sent to us by [email protected], [email protected] and any of the forms on our website. We have very high customer service expectations and will endeavour to reply to your contact email within 24 – 48 Hours after receipt of your email. We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client. Retuts does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client.

We often experience very high call volumes and we would like to make it clear that if we cannot answer your telephone call we ask that you contact us by email and we will endeavour to get back to you by email within 24-48 Hours after receiving your email.

18. Controlling your Personal Information:

Please be aware that you as an individual can choose to allow your personal information to be used by businesses at any time. You can manage your preferences and computer systems to disable setting on your personal computer.

19.The Retuts Commitment:

19.1 Retuts has a commitment to help you get the most from your Online Courses. Our tutors are here to help you by giving you constructive feedback and advice.

19.2 Any queries will be dealt with within 48 hours of receipt.

19.4 We will give you a grade for you course within 10 days of the completion of the course.

19.5 Retus operates an equal opportunities policy.

Once you accept the following Terms and Conditions you enter a contract between Retuts and yourself.

Retuts reserves the right to change any of the content, material, prices, offers or time period of the courses at any time. We advise you to read and accept the terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Affliate Conditions

We welcome all affiliate vendors to our site but we have minimum requirements:

All Affiliate Courses must be Accredited by an Accreditation Body recognised by Retuts.
